• Certified American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) #256817 • North Carolina license # 3856 • Over 30 years experience in home building, inspection and related fields. My honest and interactive approach is to provide a professional inspection that focuses on the relevant and important information about the home and its associated systems and components. While following the North Carolina standards of practice and documenting findings in a report that is user friendly for both, the buyer and realtor. I have certificates and experience in termite (WDO), (WDI), pool and spa inspection, mold, radon, gas leak and water testing. In addition to having been a contractor and home builder for many years, I provided consulting and contracting services to real estate, property management and insurance companies.
