While following the North Carolina standards of practice and documenting findings in a report that is user friendly for both, the buyer and realtor. I have certificates and experience in termite (WDO), (WDI), pool and spa inspection, mold, radon, gas leak and water testing. In addition to having been a contractor and home builder for many years, I provided consulting and contracting services to real estate, property management and insurance companies.
