Jerry Schooley (Owner and Lead Inspector)
GOAL: To have happy and informed customers that know and understand what they are buying.
Jerry Schooley is the founder and lead inspector for 3Sixty Inspect, a property inspection company for the purpose of helping clients understand the condition of the property they are buying. Jerry opened the doors in 2008 and has inspected over 5000 properties to date. Those properties include residential, new construction, commercial and multi-family units. With over 30 year of construction, real estate lending and inspection experience, he is responsible for the day to day activities of the company and is in the field daily doing inspections. Jerry is a resident of Canton, GA and enjoys riding and working on motorcycles.
