Bio

Over the past 20 years I have renovated and restored many properties and worked alongside professional tradespeople. This has given me valuable skills, perspectives, and insight into understanding structural, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems in buildings. Prior to my renovation and restoration experiences I was a research scientist for 12 years which gave me well-honed observational and analytical skills. Those renovation/restoration experiences dove-tailed with scientific skills have provided me with a strong foundation of knowledge and to provide a thorough, professional, and thoughtful home inspection. It is pleasurable and satisfying experience to be able to convey this information to clients and to help them to understand their homes multiple components, and potential liabilities. I strive to provide the highest level of service available so that my clients are completely comfortable and can make informed decisions.
