Specialty Inspections offers home, termite, roof, chimney, pool and sewer inspections. We serve the greater East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. We cover 4 east, north and south bay counties and serve over 35 cities. I have been a home inspector and ASHI member for eight years, and I am an ASHI Certified Inspector. We inspect commercial buildings, multi-unit buildings, single family homes, townhouses, condominiums and high-end luxury real estate.
