Bio
With over 23 years in the home maintenance/ remodeling industry, I have applied this knowledge to the home inspection career. Being a native of South Florida, I moved to Missouri to be near my family and to continue with the passion for home inspecting in 2011. I moved back to S. Florida in 2013. Every home has its own story to tell and with the right inspector those stories will be revealed in a professional manner. I also belong to another respected Inspection organization, InterNACHI ( International Association of Certified Home Inspectors # 12111317) and NAHI (National Assoc. of Home Inspectors) . I became a Master Building Inspector with FABI (Florida Assoc. of Building Inspectors # MPI-1183 in 2022. I am a graduate of PHII ( Professional Home Inspection Institute of Madison, SD ). Successfully passed the NHIE (National Home Inspectors Exam). I am the proud owner of Homeology Property Inspection LLC. Thank you for taking the time to visit my Bio.
