Bio
I have 20 plus years experience in the residential construction industry. I was a licensed contractor and for many years ran my own custom home framing company. Throughout the years, I’ve performed just about every job within the home building process, from excavating the site to installing the roof. My construction background has provided me with a broad knowledge base in residential construction. Upon retiring from active home construction, I put this knowledge to use as a residential home inspector.
I am a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and have completed inspection training through the ASHI Inspector training program. Since 2013, Timberline Home Inspections has serviced clients primarily in Teller and El Paso counties. Our goal is to provide accurate and informative inspections to each and every client.
Other interests
When not performing home inspections, there is a good chance I can be found riding/training on one of my bikes. I enjoy competing in various cycling endurance events here in the beautiful state of Colorado. A few of my favorites are the Leadville 100, Telluride 100 and the West Elk Classic.
