My name is Beau Petrone and I have lived on Maui for over 30yrs. and I love it here! I started ASMHI in 2003 and now have a multi inspector team that has performed well over 20,000 inspections in Maui County. I received my initial training & inspector certification thru (ITA) Inspection Training Associates prior to becoming an ASHI Certified Inspector. I have been involved in the trades for over 30yrs. Prior to becoming a full time home inspector I was involved in new construction, renovations and property maintenance, most of which was here on Maui in Luxury Homes. Not only am I certified ASHI inspector but I'm also a member of the BBB with an A+ rating & a member of RAM (Realtor Association of Maui). We offer various inspection service(s) but specialize in Real Estate Property Inspections & Maui County STRH and Bed & Breakfast Rental application inspections.
