Ron Nokes started his business in 1987. During the last 25 years he has sat on the Board of Directors of OAHI, CAHI and CAHPI and served as the Director and Chair of the Board of Examiners for OAHI and CAHPI. He also served on the CHIBO board to set occupational standards for Home Inspectors and Building Officials.Ron also is part owner of Inspection Support Services providing training, reporting systems to inspectors across Canada.Ron has authored or co-authored two text books in the home inspection industry and three software programs for New Home Inspections, Energy Management and Mold.Ron has also been involved with CMHC, NRCan and First Nations to deveope several courses for First Nation Inspectors. Ron is a facilitator of many Home Inspection and related courses.
