Ace in the Home Inspection Services was established in 2012 to provide home and business owners a true experience in advocacy when it comes to providing transparency of the general conditions of the property they are considering investing in. Rudy Schlosser, after many years of trade experience decided to pursue a carrier property inspection. His passion was driven by the experience of being general contractor of the reconstruction of his own home in 2006. He observed various subcontractors performing substandard or improper installation of various system components that had to be corrected. He realized that many of today’s trade workers are not adequately trained in their respective trade(s), and often work unsupervised. Furthermore, with the constant pursuit of energy efficiency concerns today, new building products and systems are being introduced and experimented with frequently.
