Having grown up surrounded by various construction trades (his father being a custom home builder) Dylan Margerum began his professional career in 1993. Building homes from the ground up, Dylan has had hands on experience in most trades. From roofing to plumbing, from electrical to framing, Dylan worked his way up to a superintendent, where his attention to detail was put to use managing every aspect of the building process and ensuring his projects were built to code and specification. That attention to detail is what made home inspection a perfect fit for Dylan.Dylan is certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.nachi.org) and is a member in good standing with the American Society of Home Inspectors (www.ashi.org).
