Bio

The Eric Boll team proudly serves Northern Virginia. With approximately 3000 inspections successfully completed, you can trust the Eric Boll team with your home inspection. Our first priority is to be there for the client—to educate them in a friendly and professional manner, putting things in the proper context without being alarmist. A home inspection is an education event for the home buyer. Currently we have two inspectors, Eric Boll and Tony Huggins. Additionally, Beth Riddick is our radon professional. (1) Eric Boll: - ASHI Certified Inspector - affiliate member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors - Certified Residential Thermographer - serves on the Town of Herndon, VA Heritage Preservation Review and Architectural Review Boards. (2) Tony Huggins - ASHI inspector - approximately 30 years in the construction industry - Defense Acquisition University (Contracting Officers Representative) Master Certification - is a Certified Master Carpenter
