Bio

With over 25 years in the building and real estate industries, I discovered that building inspections was the right niche for me. With over 7.000 inspections performed, I have learned to enjoy meeting new people and helping them make confident decisions. I’m very detail-oriented and focused on my work, but I am always more than happy to answer your questions and explain my findings. I am a Licensed and Certified Home Inspector in the State of AZ (AZ #50338), as well as a Licensed Termite Inspector (State of AZ #100087) and every home inspection includes a state certified termite inspection at a discounted price. In addition, each year I devote as much time as possible to continuing my education, including environmental issues like mold, radon and thermal imaging, so that I can bring as much current knowledge and skill to my work as possible.
