Bio

Karl has a lifetime of experience and education in the inspection & construction fields, including a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. He has been a licensed Truth in Housing Evaluator since 1994. And Home Buyer Inspector since 1998. Karl also meets the requirements for membership of the Minnesota Society of Housing Inspectors & American Society of Home Inspectors. Karl has been awarded the designation of Certified Real Estate Inspector by meeting the nationally recognized requirements through field experience and education. Karl also meets the requirements in experience and education for Truth In Housing Disclosure Reports required by select local cities and has over twenty years experience doing so.
