Bio

David has a background that includes construction, remodeling and rehabbing older homes since 1977, both in the United States and in Ireland where he was born. Started Buyers Inspection Service in 1998 and has inspected over 5000 properties since then. Specializing in new and existing homes with a special knowledge of older homes. Commercial buildings, offices, schools, factories, shopping centers are a strong area of expertize, for these types of building we will travel outside our normal area. A popular speaker at numerous local and state business as well as at real estate seminars. David teaches continuing education courses approved by the state of Ohio. Classes are presented to all new Realtors in the Dayton Board of Realtor's explaining the role of the home inspection and home inspector.
