Bio

Degreed Mechanical Engineer - U of Illinois. MBA - Citadel. Residential and Multi Family Builder for18 years. Building Science Infrared Thermographer. Certified Mold Tester. Licensed in SC His profession was as a construction project engineer/manager for Mobil Chemical, later becoming a plant manager. Based on his extensive construction background, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge to the HI business. He has presented on the state level to fellow inspectors and published articles on Stucco and Water intrusion issues. As a SC Department of Insurance Safe Home wind inspector for 13 years, he brings valuable knowledge to Low Country clients. Bob has served as SC State ASHI Board member.
