Bio
David has been the owner of Superior Inspection Services, in Temecula, CA for over 20 years and has performed over 9,000 residential and commercial inspections, along with providing FHA compliance inspections, energy inspections, litigation support, progressive construction inspections, intrusive investigations, and problem identification. Born and raised in the construction and real estate industries, David also has over 20 years of “Hands On” experience in residential and commercial development as a laborer, carpenter, foreman, superintendent, project manager, and purchasing agent. David is an ASHI Certified Inspector; has served CREIA, (California Real Estate Inspection Association), as the Chapter Secretary, Inland Empire Chapter President, twice as the Palm Springs Chapter President-(Founding Chapter President), State Secretary, and earned the Chapter Presidents award 3 times. David is a senior technical instructor for the ASHI School, a former instructor for Kaplan Professional Schools from 2006-2009, and has written several articles for industry related publications.
