Ted Schwartz has over 30 years experiance in the building trades.Ted has been both a commercial and residential builder/remodeler. He has been an instructor and inspector for many years. He finds the building background to be most benaficial. The ability to recognize design flaws,material deficiances and poor building practices, most helpful when doing inspections. Ted takes great pride in pointing out the good qualities in a property. Many times people think home inspections are all about finding the negative things.
