Bio

Owner Ed Sullivan has been providing quality home inspections in the Kansas City Metropolitan area since 1987. Known for his comprehensive inspection reports and his experienced eye for detail, Ed is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and aretired member and co-founder of the ASHI Great Plains Chapter. He has served as Director as well as on various committees such as Membership & Arbitration, Standards & Ethics, and Public Relations. Ed also held a real estate broker's license from 1982 to 1999. Ed was a certified instructor for Realtor continuing education with Career Educational Systems and an instructor for the Kansas City Neighborhood Alliance at Donnelly College.
