Bio

I have been in the construction industry for my entire career. Over 35 years of experience in either labor, contracting, training, sales or management in this field. Almost 20 years with Alcoa Building Products. I am currently a licensed builder in Park County, Colorado as owner of RedStone Custom Homes. I am certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT). I am a ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI) through the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). The State of Colorado has me certified to perform residential radon measurement testing through the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) and the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA). I am educated to perform mold collecting samples for testing. Continued Education (CE) is an on-going job and requirement for my profession. I am a Senior Instructor for Kaplan Universities, sharing my experience and knowledge, by teaching classes to get new inspectors certified. I am also an affiliate member of the South Me
