Bio
Aaron Despres performs commercial and residential building inspections as well as energy auditing and consulting services for both new and existing homes. He has taught courses on residential efficiency to real estate brokers, homeowners, and building professionals. He is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Certified Inspector, a Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified Building Analyst, and a Residential Energy Services (RESNET) Rater. Aaron is the president of Up-Country Building Inspectors, Inc. which is located in Scarborough, Maine. He lives in Harpswell where he is a member of the Cundy’s Harbor Volunteer Fire Department.
