Bio

25+ Years of construction and real estate experience. I have specific experience in the drafting, mortgage and contracting fields.I was a licensed Real Estate agent in the Spokane Wa. market.Extensive experience with log homes (both milled and hand peeled).My understanding of a home and it's systems is well rounded and covers all the older building methods and materials along with staying up to date with whatever the industry comes out with.
