Bio

I have over 35 years in the construction trade. Let me put all those years to work for you. I pride myself in pointing out both the positive as well as the items that need repair or replacement in your new home. You need to know both sides when buying that new home. I am a level 1 certified Thermographer ( Flair camera) to service all your infrared needs. We cover Berks County, Allentown, Philadelphia and all suburbs in between. All home inspections are completed in 24 hrs. to 48 hrs. and come with many pictures, plus a summary page.We are also certified in mold inspections from NORMI which is a nationally recognized organization for mold inspection training and on going education. At this current time we are also offering energy audits of homes to help you with the amount of energy you are spending each month. This points out the missing insulation, low insulation, wind coming in around windows & doors; wall switches& lights and how well your heating system is running. We find the leaks
