Your Husband and Wife Home Inspection Team will spend 4 or more hours performing a very thorough inspection from the grounds, foundation, attic, roof, exterior elements, interior elements, structural elements, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems, many appliances and much more. Your detailed computer generated inspection report with digital photos will be produced on site. We will then spend as much time with you as you need to fully understand the inspection, our findings, your report and the maintenance requirements of the home. We will not leave until you are totally satisfied. We will inspect your home as if it were to be our own.
