Bio

Mike Owdeh holds a BSc. degree in civil engineering from the University of Arizona with more than 20 years in civil engineering structural design and construction. Mike holds both CREIA and ASHI certificates for many years and performed over 35,000 residential and commercial inspections. Mike has concentrated in the real estate industry since 1999. Detail Property inspection, Inc. offices located in Glendale. Owned and operated by Mike Owdeh since 2003. Both his educational and professional background help the company implement up to date inspection procedures and reporting systems. Proposed inspections are used for real estate transactions, litigation support, foreclosures, insurance, estate valuation, arbitration and mediation.
