Bio

Opened and operated AllQuest Home Inspections in San Diego, CA from 1997 to 2003, was the 2001 CREIA Inspector of the Year, and was featured in a 2002 HGTV House Detective episode. I sold the company to become the full time Director of Inspector Education at Inspection Training Associates (ITA) which was at that time the largest home inspector training company in the country. This lead to more than ten years of higher education management. Upon relocating to Silverdale, WA I opened ClearPoint Home Inspections PLLC performing residential and commercial inspections, deck inspections and structural pest inspections.
