Bio

Paul Inspections residential and commercial property as a BPG Inspector. I also inspect: EIFS, Exterior Insulation Finishing System, some times called Stucco should be inspected by a trained and certified EIFS inspector. With the proper tools, the condition of the exterior can be documented and repairs recommended if needed. We also perform Moisture Investigations: As a trained Thermographer and experienced ASHI building inspector, I use experience and building diagnostic training to investigate and provide detail that will inform you on the condition of the subject property. For moisture analysis, we use high quality infrared cameras to find anomalies, and use non-invasive or invasive moisture meters to investigate building conditions to help determine the source. Aerial Photography and Infrared: We can use our drone (sUAS) + Zoom to create a custom aerial view of you new roof or old sloped roof. With FLIR infrared camera on a drone, we can perform a thermal flat roof inspection and provide a report for insurance, maintenance, or when you buy that flat roof building.
