I have been an Alabama licensed home inspector since 2000. My Al. Building Comm. License # 0479. I have performed over 8,000 full inspections. I became a licensed Real estate broker in 1992.I am a Affiliate member of Mtgy Area Assoc. Realtors. I have taught C. Ed.classes for realtors about Home Inspection basics. I am 2020 Chairman of State AL DCM Home Inspectors Advisory Committee. Also, ASHISouth President since 2015. (www.ashisouth.org) AL Home Inspectors Organ.Board Membr. I email the John Knudsens biography / AccuSafe contract to my clients so they can understand what is included in our inspection prior to the inspection date. My 15pg. /computer gen report w/ 35+ pictures clarify any defects so the seller will be convinced they should make major house repairs.
