Bio

Vince is a 25 year volunteer 1st responder/EMT with the National Ski Patrol System at Heavenly Valley, Mt. Shasta and Lookout Pass, (located on the Idaho/Montana border. I was a Navy brat living all around the United States, growing up mainly in Florida in the Kennedy Space Center areas, attending the local junior college, studying Architecture and business classes. My work experience began mainly at the Kennedy Space Center, on the Gemini, Apollo programs, and North Dakota, working with the Army Corps of Engineers building defensive U/G missile sites. This was followed by construction renovation/management type projects on the west coast with Bechtel Engineering/construction Co, IBM, Stanford Linear Accelerator, the Air Forces $9 million Blue Cube refurbish. We consulted with a number of electronic type companies in Silicon Valley on expanding their Quick Turn lab facilities. I then took a 5 year break working in a different field beginning with Treasure Salvors in Key West, Fla. and then Taylor Diving & Salvage Co in New orleans setting oil well platforms, laying pipe, etc... Returned to west coast working with/for Kelly Moore paint company, expanding the number of stores from 60 to 120 stores in 10 states and 1 plant to 3. Finally, I accepted an offer to begin my home inspection career with BGI, formerly Lawyers Title, formerly Inspectech until starting my own business, Vargas Property Inspections, presently VIP, (Vargas Inspection Professionals), Inspection Gro
