Bio

Bob Vaught, owner / inspector of “I.Q. Home Inspections” brings to you the knowledge and experience of over 30 years in the construction industry. In 2003, Bob started his successful business as a certified home inspector in the Great State of Arizona (certificate # 40688), also becoming an American Society of Home Inspectors Certified Inspector ( #244875). He is currently a licensed educational speaker the Arizona Department of Real Estate and The Professional Institute of Real Estate at their three valley campuses, and for several Real Estate companies throughout the valley. Bob is also a member of PRO-SPEX Home Inspector Consulting Services and helps Arizona inspectors in training to achieve their required 30 parallel inspections for certification as a AZ Board of Technical Registration private home inspector. Beginning in the early 1980’s, Bob started out in the industry with U.S. Carpentry as a framing carpenter. During that time he also attended over 600 hours of tra
