Bio
Rob Major is the owner and operator of Major Home Inspections, Inc. He serves as a licensed inspector in both Virginia #338000218 and North Carolina #4850. Since 2002 he has conducted over 6500 real estate inspections. He is also an ASHI Certified Inspector (American Society of Home Inspectors), National Radon Safety Board Radon Specialist, and runs a NRSB certified Radon Lab. He is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan University and has continuing education at both Penn State and Rutgers University. Rob has also served on the Board of Directors at Prince William Association of Realtors and served as Chairman of Board at Prince William County Habitat for Humanity. He has also worked in the construction industry and has served on several Home Owner Association Boards. He has a wide range of experience inspecting a variety of properties including multi-million dollar estates, large vacation or rental homes, historic properties found on the Historic Register, traditional residential homes, new construction pre drywall, and commercial inspections.
