We work well with 1st time home buyers. Having a home inspected is not just about finding things that need repair, but also about what you need to know about maintaining your new home. Our unique reporting system is digital. We take photographs that are included in the report. Reports are narrative style, we say what is wrong, discuss the ramifications if not repaired and recommend a course of action. Reports are emailed for expedience. Example reports are on our website. We inspect condos, town houses, single family homes, multifamily homes, commercial and mixed use commercial properties. We are licensed in New Jersey and New York. Areas of coverage include Bergen, Morris, Passaic, Hudson, Essex, Rockland and the 5 Boroughs of NYC. Services include: Home Inspections Radon Testing Wood Destroying Insect Examination Mold Testing / Air Quality Testing Asbestos Testing. Big or Small, we inspect it all!
