Bio

Hello - I am very glad you are looking at ASHI certified inspectors and would like to tell you a little about myself. I have been a licensed home inspector working for I Spy since 2004. I am no-nonsense - meaning I will tell you the honest truth about all that I see during an inspection. My background is in commercial and residential construction, project management and inspection since I was able to work. In the early years, I installed HVAC on a residential scale and worked as a licensed Electrician. I have also been a general contractor building many homes in the area over the years. Lastly, I fit in a 34 year career working full time managing and inspecting large-scale government projects - gaining knowledge of hazardous materials such as asbestos, lead and mold along the way. Our inspection is a thorough review of all aspects of a home, compiled with pictures, videos and narratives in an easy electronic format for your use.
