Bio

The President of Sierra Inspection Services LLC, Kelly Reeve has over 38 years of experience in the real estate inspection industry, and has performed over 25,000 paid inspections over the course of his career. He is an ASHI Certified Inspector, and a formerly licensed Structural Pest Control Operator, and General Contractor. Kelly has owned and run his own remodeling construction business. His experience in construction ranges from new construction framing, to tile, plumbing, electrical, roof and structural repairs. Kelly has performed over 14,000 home inspections and more than 12,000 termite(Pest) inspections to date. Kelly currently serves on the ASHI Standards and Ethics Committee, as well as the ASHI Complaints Committee.
