As a state licensed and certified ASHI home inspector I take great pride in my organization and practice. I always take extra measures and time with all my clients to make sure they have a better understanding of the homes physical condition to help them make an informed and educated decision about the property they may want to purchase. I like to think that I am a friendly and very personable person who will take the time necessary and kindly answer any questions they may have. And to make sure they are fully aware of any major problems that should be considered prior to the final contrat negotiations. I have been a professional practicing home inspector since 1999 and have been in the union trades for about 22 years. I feel that have communication skills, experience, and professionalism that is needed to be professional certified home inspector.
