I have been performing professional home inspections since 2003- coincidentally, the same year that licensing took effect in Illinois. As a result, I am one of the longest licensed home inspectors in Illinois.
My clients appreciate my thoroughness at the Inspection and attention to detail in the Inspection Report, which is delivered within 24 hours.
I am an engineer by trade (BSEE, UIC, 1984) and have 20 years of customer service, engineering and sales experience prior to 2003.
I am committed to total client satisfaction as most of my business relies on repeat and referral clients.
