Owned and operated by Todd Johnson, a certified home inspection through the American Society of Home Inspectors, The Florida Association of Building Inspectors and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.Todd Johnson has been inspecting homes in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando Counties since 1998. Frontline provides buyers, sellers & lenders with relevant information about all types of properties including single family homes, multi family homes, condos, townhomes, villas and commercial buildings.Exceeding National and State Standards, Frontline Property Inspections pledge that your inspector will have a minimum of 12 years full-time home inspection experience in the Tampa Area. In addition, your inspector will be exceeding the standards published by the ASHI - American Society of Home Inspectors, FABI – the Florida Association of Building Inspectors and the NACHI - National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
