Helping home buyers and their agents since 1994, Brian Mishler, a certified and background checked ASHI member, is a past president of the Pittsburgh chapter of ASHI, (PRO-ASHI). He is also PA DEP certified for radon testing, and PA Dept. of Agriculture certified for wood destroying pest inspection. HomeStudy does not perform any contracting work, radon mitigation, or pest treatment. We do not receive any income from any outside sources. Our only source of income and our only concern is our inspection clients. To that end, we offer lifetime telephone and e-mail customer assistance.
