Roger has 30 yrs. background in the constuction industry including both residential and commercial. Another 15 yrs. experience in building inspections in both residential and commercial. Inspections total approx. 8,000 as of 6-11. We provide a detailed report on site with digital photo's incorporated in the report---e-mailing standard. Roger is also certified in microbial growth / mold sampling, indoor air quality assessments, radon gas measurement. Types of inspections include new construction, historical, resale, and warranty.
