Bio
I have been conducting home inspections since 1994. My training consists of several national school i.e. Hometech Training Institute, Bethsda, MD., NRI training Institute a McGraw Hill company, Philidelphia, Pa., Commercial Inspections, ITA(Inspection Training Associates), Virginia, New Construction inspections Training, Inspection Depot, Florida, Mold Assessor and Mold Inspector certification (CMIA), Enviornmental Services Association, Williamsport, Pa., EIFS Third Party Inspector and Level II Building Envelope Inspector, EDI (Exterior Design Institute, EIFS Moisture Cladding Inspector, MWC (Moisture Warranty Corporation, North Carolina), Bachelors of Science, Ohio State Universtity. I am a certified Level II Thermographer. We are a multi inspector firm with an full time Drone Pilot on our staff. All of our roofs are inspected by a licensed FAA 107 Drone pilot for a better roof inspection.
