Bio
Born and raised in Syracuse NY, Tom has been a professional home inspector since 1998. This followed running a successful residential renovation company, Westridge Construction Company, for over a decade. Tom's inspection reports typically run from 50-55 pages on an average house and include digital photographs to assist in clarifying conditions found. Tom prides himself on providing the most in-dept information available on the condition of a house and thoroughly enjoys assisting home buyers learn more about their new home. For home sellers, should they choose to do a pre-listing inspection, Tom will uncover the true condition of the house so the seller has a better understanding of the overall condition of what they are selling.
