I have 30-years of hands on experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. I am a former union sheet metal worker responsible for the fabrication, installation and balancing of HVAC systems in nuclear and fossil fuel plants. I am a former union pipe fitter responsible for the fabrication and installation of piping systems in nuclear and fossil fuel plants. I am a former co-owner of Tri-R-Construction a family owned residential construction company specializing in framing, siding and finish carpentry. Upon moving to Colorado in 1989 I worked as a sub-contractor in a number of trades including roofing, deck construction, basement finishing, painting and began working for home owners/realtors prepping houses for sale and repairing the items home inspectors;had found. This led me to doing home inspections, which I have been doing in Colorado Springs for the last 26-years. My varied background and years of experience;are second to none.
