Bio
I have been doing home inspections since 1998. I was ASHI certified in 1999. I am a State of Michigan licensed builder. I am available 7 days a week in Metro Detroit, Ann Arbor and mid-Michigan. I perform home inspections, large/estate home inspections, waterfront property inspections, certified thermographer, FAA certified drone pilot, wood destroying organism inspections, radon testing, commercial building inspections. I encourage the client to follow along to learn more about the house, and see the things that I am seeing. I specialize in first time homebuyer inspections because it is all about educating the homebuyer. I use HomeGauge inspection software & I take notes on my iPhone and digital photographs. After reviewing the findings on site with the client I email the inspection within 24 hours. Buyer's realtors like me because I keep the inspection in perspective and do not needlessly alarm the buyer. I am available for phone consultation anytime after the inspection.I lo
