Bio

Bill Loden started inspecting houses in 1995 and formed Insight Home Inspection, LLC in 1995 and has performed thousands of inspection over the years. Always looking for ways to improve, Bill was the first inspector in North Alabama to adopt computer generated reports and the first to complement the report with digital photographs. .A former safety, reliability and quality engineer at NASA, Bill has a Bachelors Degree in Construction and combines the highest technical skills with the latest technology to provide the best inspections available anywhere in the country.Bill has been a leader in the inspection industry and is active in the leadership of ASHI, having served on the Board of Directors from 2005 - 2008. As the 2008 Chairman of the ASHI Ethics Committee, Bill authored the ASHI Client Bill of Right. Bill served as ASHI President in 2014.
