Bio
John J. Biegalski, your ASHI Certified Inspector has over 45 years experience in the home inspection, Radon testing and construction industry. He has personally performed several thousand Home Inspections, Radon tests, Energy Audits, mold and water tests in the Delaware Valley. John's previous
construction experience involved everything from new construction to historic buildings.
In 2007 John became a Certified Level I Thermographer by the Infraspection Institute and a Certified Energy Auditor through CMC Energy Services in 2006.
Our services offered include Traditional Buyer's Home Inspections, Sellers Inspections, New Construction and Warranty Inspections, Historic
Building Inspections, Infrared Inspections and Energy Audits. John's experience has also led to to consulting and forensic investigations.
