Bio
Jim has been performing home inspections in the Dallas / Ft Worth area for 41 years. He has served on the Texas Real Estate Commission Inspectors Committee for 5 years from 1990 - 1995 and served on the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBPHI) for 6 years (2000 - 2006). He has served on the ASHI Board of Directors 2008 - 2010. .Jim was a founding member of the Lone Star ASHI Chapter and served as President for 7 years. He developed various educational classes for home inspectors including numerous computer classes to help home inspectors stay abreast with that ever changing field. Jim was awarded the ASHI John Cox Award in 2007.
