Thomas A. Gaba, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, performed his apprenticeship for the Home Inspection Services as a Building Service Technician. He began by spending three years as the youngest Building Superintendent for the prestigious Winton Place Apartments in Lakewood, Ohio. Certificates of completion in Heating and Air Conditioning classes from the West Side Institute of Technology prepared him to then maintain the heating systems for Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. After fifteen years at Dollar Bank, Tom strengthened his knowledge in real estate by first becoming their Construction Coordinator, and then Senior Property Inspector on commercial and residential properties, dealing with many Government Housing Authorities throughout the state. At Cleveland State University Tom earned his certification credits for "Ohio Plumbing Codes" and "Ohio Basic Building Codes". Additionally, continuing education courses in Real Estate at Cuyahoga Community College. Certificates of Course
