Bio

Full time inspector since 1986, having inspected over 15,000 houses and commercial properties. Degree in mechanical engineering. Licensed in NY, NJ, and CT. Can provide inspections for buyers and sellers of homes and commercial buildings, mold inspections and testing, synthetic stucco (EIFS) inspections, apartment to condo/co-op conversion reports, capital reserve studies, as well as specific problem consultations.
