Columbus Home Inspector Named President-Elect of the American Society of Home Inspectors

Columbus, Ohio (February 25, 2009) – The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) named David Tamny today as the 2009 ASHI national president-elect.

Tamny is a resident of Columbus, Ohio and serves the community as the owner of Professional Property Inspections. He is also a member of the North Central Ohio chapter, where he was formerly the founding president. Tamny has been a member of ASHI since 1993 and has previously served ASHI on a national level as the member of the board of directors, secretary, council representative and treasurer.

“David Tamny is an outstanding member of the American Society of Home Inspectors,” Bill Richardson, 2009 ASHI president, said. “He benefits the Columbus community by encouraging consumers to call on ASHI home inspectors when they need an expert’s opinion on the condition of a house.  I am looking forward to working with him this year.”
