Qualifications: Scott has owned and operated a full service home inspection company since 1995. In 2006 Scott expanded into the Nashville, TN area and serves a 100 mile radius of Nashville TN. Since 1995 he has inspected over 5000 single family homes; 800+ EIFS clad homes along with numerous commercial buildings. His primary business is centered on residential and light commercial building inspections for individuals purchasing existing homes and commercial buildings. He also performs progress/phase/draw inspections for commercial and residential new construction. He serves as an litigation consultant and has been recognized as an expert witness in legal cases involving residential construction issues, EIFS and home inspection problems; he was one of the first in the South to provide certified EIFS and moisture intrusion inspections.
