What is the e-Learning Catalog?
ASHI Education Inc. (AEI), offers a variety of continuing education options that both help you to advance your skills as a home inspector, and also provide ASHI members with ASHI CE credit. Nonmembers are also invited to purchase any of the continuing education materials (nonmember pricing applies).

We invite you to browse the materials now available to you on the e-Learning Catalog:
- Go to the link above
- Click on the “On Demand” link – for list of online modules, alpha by title
- Click on the “Podcasts” link – for a list of podcasts you can download, alpha by title
- Click on a Subject Area of your choosing (such as Attics or Decks)
- Or use the “Search” box and enter a keyword or a presenter’s last name
- Click “More Information” on any session to obtain the name and contact information for the course presenter
- Click on “Add to Cart” when you find the session you choose to purchase
Order Materials Now
After you have browsed the catalog and are ready to start with your first On Demand module or to order your first Podcast download, you can either Login first or Select your Session first:
- Login: As a New Customer, your Login ID is your email address and your Password is your Last Name; you will then be able to customize your password
- Login: As a Returning Customer, you will enter your E-mail/Login and Password
- Select a Session: when you find the session you want, you will click on “Add to Cart” and you will then be taken to your login page
- Once you complete your payment you will have immediate access to your materials
What is Offered?
The initial set of On Demand (online) modules and downloadable MP3 podcasts are drawn from presentations at recent InspectionWorld conferences. The original presenters have authorized this re-use of their materials. AEI is also looking ahead to developing an expanding program of additional online modules, downloadable MP3 podcasts, videos, webinars and much more.
What is the Format of the On Demand Modules?
The materials from InspectionWorld Orlando were recorded in a format that automatically synchronizes the Powerpoints, any embedded videos and audio. The materials from InspectionWorld Las Vegas and Atlanta consist of the session audio recording and accompanying Powerpoint that must be manually advanced as you go through the module. At all times, the modules can easily be paused as needed.
To receive your CE certificate:
At the end of each online module you will be required to:
- Complete the 20-question exam with a passing score of 75%
- Complete the brief course evaluation
- Print your CE certificate
Conditions for Use of the Modules
The On Demand (online) modules are designed so they cannot be downloaded or altered. All materials on the ASHI e-Learning Catalog (On Demand modules and Podcasts) are owned by ASHI. The purchaser shall not convey, transfer or sell the material or parts thereof for any reason.
The materials that are presented are general and educational in nature; actual inspection techniques and situations in the field may vary and every caution must be taken in actual field situations. Neither ASHI, AEI or the presenters shall be held responsible for injuries or damages that may occur in the field related to or as a result of the educational materials.
The purchaser expressly agrees to these conditions when ordering the e-Learning Catalog materials.
