What is the e-Learning Catalog?
ASHI Education Inc. (AEI), offers a variety of continuing education options that both help you to advance your skills as a home inspector, and also provide ASHI members with ASHI CE credit. Nonmembers are also invited to purchase any of the continuing education materials (nonmember pricing applies).

Log In Instructions- ASHI Members recieve discounted pricing

  1. New Customer Login: As a New Customer, your Login ID is your email address and your password is your last name (all letters in lower case); you will then be able to customize your password.
  2. Returning Customer Login: As a Returning Customer, you will enter your email address and your password.
  3. Browse the Sessions First: When you find the session you want, click “Add to Cart” and you will then be taken to your login page

Catalog Categories:

  • Online On Demand Modules– these are 2-hour online PowerPoint presentation and speaker narrative, each worth 2 ASHI CE credits upon successful completion of 20 question exam.
  • Live Webcasts– offered each year in January during InspectionWorld. Online PowerPoint presentation presented Live from IW classroom, each worth 2 ASHI CE credits
  • Webcast Encore- Replay of Live Webcasts in Special Broadcast, each worth 2 ASHI CE credits
  • Podcasts– these are 2-hour audio presentations of recent InspectionWorld sessions


  • Search– by subject, key words, presenter
  • Choose a Subject Area of interest
  • When browsing any listing, click “More Information” to obtain brief session descriptions and short presenter bio

How to Receive ASHI CE Credits (Online On Demand Modules only):
After viewing the 2 hour presentation:

  • Complete the 20-question exam with a passing score of 75%
  • Complete the brief course evaluation
  • Print your CE certificate

Conditions for Use of the Modules
The On Demand (online) modules are designed so they cannot be downloaded or altered. All materials on the ASHI e-Learning Catalog (On Demand modules and Podcasts) are owned by ASHI. The purchaser shall not convey, transfer or sell the material or parts thereof for any reason.

The materials that are presented are general and educational in nature; actual inspection techniques and situations in the field may vary and every caution must be taken in actual field situations. Neither ASHI, AEI or the presenters shall be held responsible for injuries or damages that may occur in the field related to or as a result of the educational materials.

The purchaser expressly agrees to these conditions when ordering the e-Learning Catalog materials.
